Flower essences harness the vibration of plants and realign the vibration of your body with the vibration of nature, bringing emotional, mental, physical & spiritual healing. With your unique intention as my guide, I use my intuition to carefully select from my collection of 130+ plant, tree and flower essences (or rather, the plants select themselves!) and blend into a 1/2 ounce dropper bottle, for you to ingest 3 drops 3x a day.

Flower Essences can be purchased as an add-on to a session, or without a session. If purchased individually, each Flower Essence purchase comes with a 15-minute followup phone call, scheduled about a week into using your essences, to help you sort out thoughts and emotions that arise as the plants work their magic. I’ll email you a short questionnaire for you to complete so I can get to know you a little better, and then I formulate an essence according to your healing needs using the wisdom of the plants and my own intuition.

Each essence is custom made and will be comprised of several individual plant, tree and flower essences. I include a printed information sheet with each plant used in your unique essence.
