Crystals are wonderful tools you can carry with you to help bring balance and healing to your energetic field. When you carry a crystal with you, it works on your auric field, so it works from the outside-in…versus…when you ingest a crystal essence it works on you from the inside-out! This produces faster, more potent and amplified results.
How it works: Each crystal has its own energetic imprint and vibration. The molecules of a crystal are arranged in such a way that it vibrates with a certain frequency—for example, quartz is used in watches to help keep the time. When you use a crystal essence, the vibration of the crystal is influencing the vibration of your own body. The vibration of the crystal essence brings your body into a more natural vibrational alignment, which facilitates healing.
